Jeremy & Vanessa Evermon

Who We Are

Jeremy Evermon

Owner & Founder

Jeremy founded Evermon Homes in 2003 with a mechanical engineering degree from Baylor University and a simple belief: building a home should feel like a partnership, not a transaction. Hundreds of custom homes and remodels later, that belief hasn't budged.

What has changed? He's now a grandfather — seven kids and one grandkid will do a lot to sharpen your understanding of what home actually means and why getting it right matters.Jeremy manages subcontractors, budgets, and schedules with the discipline that comes from truly caring about the outcome. But his main concern has always been simpler than any spreadsheet: making sure you get exactly what you want. He keeps you informed and involved every step of the way, because open communication isn't just good business — it's respect.

The relationships Jeremy builds tend to outlast the projects. Homeowners come back. They send their friends. If you're ready to build something that lasts — with someone who takes that seriously and has fun along the way — you're in the right place.

Vanessa Evermon

Officer & Organizational Leader

Vanessa is a Baylor University graduate and the organizational heart of Evermon Homes. Raising seven children has a way of teaching you to lead through complexity — and Vanessa brings every bit of that experience into her work.

Alongside her husband Jeremy, she helps shape the vision, culture, and structure that keep the company moving forward. Together, they bring a true partnership to the business: Jeremy building and leading in the field, Vanessa anchoring the strategy and people behind the scenes.

Brittany Baker

Interior Designer

Brittany didn’t stumble into interior design — she walked in with a blueprint. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008, she cut her teeth in commercial design before joining Evermon Homes in 2020, and she has never looked back.

Brittany believes great design is not just about making a home look beautiful — it’s about making it function beautifully for the people who live there. She develops design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle needs, ensuring every space feels intentional and personalized.

From the first design meeting through the final walk-through, Brittany guides homeowners through every stage of the process — including space planning, finish selections, custom cabinetry layouts, and construction coordination. Designing cabinetry and solving the challenges of a tricky remodel are among her favorite parts of the job. Her collaborative approach keeps clients informed and involved, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

She genuinely enjoys the friendships she’s built with clients, the team, and the subcontractors she works with day in and day out. For Brittany, work is fun, and she brings that energy to every project — creating a design experience that is collaborative, creative, and just as rewarding as the finished home.

Zach Beaman

Office Manager

Zach joined the Evermon Homes team in early 2025, bringing with him a sharp mind and a genuinely good attitude. A proud Texas Aggie, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M University in May 2023 — which means he actually enjoys the kind of spreadsheets that make most people's eyes glaze over.

As Office Manager, Zach keeps things humming behind the scenes. From managing accounting and project documentation to coordinating with utility companies and suppliers, he's also become the go-to guy for all things IT — making sure the computers, hardware, and systems stay in fighting shape so everyone else can do their jobs without a hitch.

What Zach loves most about working at Evermon Homes is simple: the people. Getting to work alongside family every day, solving problems together, and being part of something built on integrity and a whole lot of hard work — that's what makes it more than just a job for him.

Gavin Hoffpauir

Project Manager

Gavin joined the Evermon Homes team in March 2026, bringing with him a winning combination of hands-on operational experience and a strong academic foundation. A proud Texas A&M grad, Gavin earned his B.S. in University Studies with a focus in Business — minors in Leadership and Facility Management — before going on to complete his M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership.

As Project Manager, Gavin oversees residential new construction and remodeling projects from start to finish — managing schedules, subcontractors, material procurement, and on-site operations to ensure every build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Gavin's no stranger to hard work. He spent years in the field managing equipment and operations before joining Evermon Homes and even co-founded his own business from scratch. Add five years competing as a Division I NCAA Cross Country and Track athlete at Texas A&M, and you've got someone who knows what it takes to perform under pressure and see things through to the finish line.

He's not just here to manage projects — he's here to grow with the company and help Evermon Homes continue delivering the craftsmanship and personal touch that families count on.

Mark Yurkon

Supervisor

With more than 40 years of hands-on experience, Mark oversees subcontractors and holds work to a high standard. Before joining Evermon Homes full-time in 2014, he ran his own framing company — a background that gives him a sharp eye for quality and a deep understanding of how a job should come together.

When it comes to structural framing, few people know it better, and he works closely with engineering to take a project from concept to finished product.

No two days look the same for Mark. On any given day you might find him hauling supplies to a job site, working through last-minute changes with a subcontractor, pricing materials, or securing a site at the end of the afternoon.
