Owner / General Manager
Jeremy has a degree from Baylor University in mechanical engineering and since founding Evermon Homes in 2003, he has built over 75 custom homes, ranging from the $300’s to $1.6 million. Since 2003 Jeremy’s work has grown from not just custom homes but also remodeling projects ranging from $30,000 to $500,000.
But what you should really know about Jeremy is that he builds lasting relationships with proud homeowners who are pleased with his work. Jeremy fosters an environment for you to learn and be involved with the decision-making process, which builds trust and open communication. While managing subcontractors, operating budgets, and scheduling, Jeremy’s main concern is making sure you get exactly what you want.
Co-owner / Office Manager
Vanessa also graduated from Baylor University and has been involved with the company since it’s beginning at some capacity. It’s no surprise that with a small family owned business, Vanessa’s role has fluctuated as she and Jeremy have seven children and they navigate the ups and downs in the building industry. You will most often find Vanessa in the office maintaining the daily accounting and organizational needs of the company.
Mark offers over 30 years of experience as he oversees subcontractors and helps ensure the job is done right. Mark operated his own framing company before joining Evermon Homes full time in 2014. On a typical day you may find Mark hauling supplies to the jobsites, helping make changes the homeowner wanted, calculating costs and ordering materials, and securing jobs at the end of the day.
