What We Do
We get to know you
Whether you are building a new home or remodeling your space, we want to understand your desires, needs, and what fits your life and your family best.
We show you some houses
After we get a better understanding of what you want, we take you to some houses that will showcase features that will interest you. Because we work hard to not only build a quality home, but also a positive relationship with our clients, we are able to take you to their homes to give you an idea of what to expect in our workmanship.
We make a plan
After we have the opportunity to get to know you and show you our work, we will work with you to make a plan. We can work with house plans you may already have or we can start from scratch. We want to help you figure out how to get what you want within your budget.
Our Values
Mission
Evermon Homes exists to glorify God by building and remodeling homes with excellence, integrity, and genuine care for the people we serve. Every project is an opportunity to invest in our community, provide for our families, and give generously to others.
Vision
To build homes and relationships marked by honesty, care, and excellence — so that every family we serve catches a glimpse of something greater than craftsmanship, and every person on our team wakes up knowing their work matters and are part of something that will outlast us all.
Core Values
Relationship-Building
We’re not just building houses — we’re building people into our story. Every client, every subcontractor, every conversation is a chance to create something that lasts longer than the project does.
Communication
We stay in touch — by returning calls, sharing updates, and answering questions — this is how we take care of the people we serve.
Dependability
We know that handing someone the keys to their dream home starts long before move-in day — it starts the moment they decide to trust us. We show up, we follow through, and we make sure that trust is never misplaced.
Hard Work
We love what we do, and it shows. We bring our whole selves to every project — even when it means early mornings, long days, or going the extra mile.
Transparency
We think the homebuilding process should feel clear and empowering, not confusing or overwhelming. We walk through everything — the costs, the timeline, the decisions — and we do it together.
